Nulu Winter Coat Drive 2016.

We all know what it’s like to trek through the city in the freezing cold, but imagine having no real coat and riding an hour long bus ride to school each day.

We want to ensure as many kids as earthly-possible in the West End of Louisville and Eastern Kentucky have the opportunity to stay warm, healthy, and safe over the winter.

So Kale & Flax, and our creative friends in Nulu and downtown need your help. We’re looking for donations of gently-used winter coats, hoodies, scarves, and gloves for kids age 6-18.

Starting Friday morning, please drop them off at the side door of Please & Thank You, at 800 East Market St. in Nulu.

On Monday, December 12th we’ll organize everything for our partners, who will deliver the goods to Louisville West End families and Eastern Kentucky kids in need.
